I have used it and presumably it is safe because my coins were not stolen by the developer. I have only used it with 0.01 bitcoin. I cant trust closed source software with too much more than that.

remember to only use for relatively small amounts of spending money

This is the first bit coin wallet I have ever used and it has been very easy. I have used it for several transactions without any problems. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: one, I haven’t used other apps so can’t really compare and two, I wish there was a link to something that gave a more detailed explanation as to what will happen when you do something that could be dangerous. E.g., if I accidentally hit the ‘delete’ button for an address that has funds, will it confirm or will I lose all funds on that address?

This app is amazing for a power user of bitcoin. You can generate new addresses, import and export private keys, view unspent transactions and change, and more. It also now allows you to pay from within the app which is awesome.

Great wallet. But needs ability to ARCHIVE my addresses. Deleting addresses seems to destructive (history lost)

I’m running a digital treasure hunt to teach friends and family about bitcoin. Being able to use bitWallet’s Watch Lists makes it fun. The alerts in the Watch Lists lets me know when people have found the hidden keys. Oh, and the support is incredibly responsive. :)

This is becoming the best iOS Bitcoin wallet! Get it! Flawless so far on an iPhone 6 plus!

Ive tried quite a few BTC apps and this one is by far the best. It is beautifully designed, functional and secure. I honestly cant think of anything its lacking for me but I cant wait to see what the developer comes up with next.

Like the app, just request that you add the option to import a qr code from my camera roll so I can "scan" a code that way to send coins to.

It would be great if yall offered Litecoin, and Darkcoin!

I think this app is hands down the #1 wallet available for iPhone hands down. Has all the options you would want in a wallet and I think is better than blockchain for the beginner as well for ease of importing paper wallets. I give 4 of 5 because it has no wallet / app setting export / import option. I think adding an export app wallets and settings to Dropbox via an encrypted container is a necessary option that is needed in the next update release guys!! I think adding a widget now that iOS supports it would be a brilliant idea now as well :)

This is good bitcoin app for “wallet” sized balances. I find it easy to use and attractive looking. I’m happy with this app.
