bitWallet App Deleted Private & Public Key

I generated a new BTC address which includes the public key and the private key thru the bitWallet app and then saved it. I then copied my public key to enter it into a website to withdraw my BTCs to the new public address i generated thru the bitWallet app. When I opened the bitWallet app back up to verify the transaction the new address pair had been deleted by the bitWallet app. I then re-added the public key back by pasting it, thinking it was no problem since I still had it copied from pasting it in another website but I cant Cashout my BTCs now since the bitWallet app deleted the key pairs it generated so now I dont have my private key. How can I cashout?

I contacted support but still have not heard from them. This is not a small amount of BTCs. If anyone can help please do. In desperate need of assistance.
